I am an emotional eater.

I'm doing it now. My hand was full of Guylian seashell chocolates and now there in my stomach and I guess what, I don't feel any better.

Does anyone else do this? Whenever I feel sad or stressed the first thing I want is to eat something sweet. Sometimes I am not even aware of it. Pick up food, insert, chew and swallow before I can even think about it.

Sometimes I can stop myself but not today. Today I want to eat and eat and eat until I fill up the emptiness.
